300 the movie

Look at this patriotic "movement" or reaction from some of iranian computer freaks .

Also listen to opposition opinion in this regard in persian

I think both groups who believe that we should and shouldn't react to an entertaining movie such as 300 are using some patriotic rationalization, which is great. Having such interesting discussions on effectiveness of an social movement is very helpful for building our future! The worse things for a nation is being indifferent about past, present and future. I believe the most poisonous remarks for our countries are the ones that try to persuade others to be indifferent about our environment, culture and people. for example, the ones that call any serious or not serious social questioning or movement as a polluted political action or useless without any reason, or the ones that/who try to persuade young people to put away any idealism because there is no ideal or reality. Unfortunately we always hear or see these sort of remarks from many of our so called famous intellectuals or important relations.

If we get idealism from our young people no development will happen. a nation that lose its motor of movement and motivation for unity will definitely stop from existence sooner or later.

Goft as div va dad malulam va Rostamam arezoost I wish we had many Rostam-like creaturs! Rostam never passes red traffic-light, dose he?!!!(reference: from an street theatrical play in Tehran, Laleh Parck, 10 years ago)
